MINUTES OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING – May 18, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
The Board of Selectmen appointed Valerie Nickerson-Bird to serve as a member on the Conservation Commission.
The Selectboard approved of a Trench Permit fee of $25.
A Special Town Meeting is being scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2009 to vote to authorize debt.
By an unanimously vote the Board of Selectmen schedule an election for Tuesday, July 14, 2009 from 4-8PM for the purpose to vote on a proposition two and one-half
